Benguet Records Two New COVID-19 Cases from Different Municipalities
Benguet Province has recorded two new COVID-19 cases today, June 11, 2020, as confirmed by the Public Information Office – Province of Benguet (PIO-Benguet).
New COVID-19 Cases in Benguet
According to PIO-Benguet, one of the new cases is a 54-year-old male who is a resident of Itogon. The other new case is a 30-year-old male from La Trinidad who is currently deployed in Buguias.
Furthermore, LGUs concerned are now conducting contact tracing according to PIO-Benguet.
Total Benguet COVID-19 Cases now 17
This brings the total number of cases in Benguet to 17 as of today, June 11, 2020 since a new case has also been recorded yesterday. Ten of which have already recovered from the disease.
The previously confirmed COVID-19 patient yesterday is a 28-year-old truck helper who is a resident from Little Kibungan, Puguis, La Trinidad and a contact of a known case.
