Baguio City Guidelines for Outgoing Workers
As several sectors resume with operations under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) in Baguio City, the local government has released guidelines for employees who need to travel between regions for work purposes.
The said guidelines set by the local government covers both resident and non-resident workers of Baguio City.
Baguio City Guidelines for Outgoing Workers
Outgoing Resident Workers bound for La Union, Nueva Viscaya and Pangasinan
- Outgoing residents of Baguio City who work in La Union, Viscaya or Pangasinan must register online by filling out a Health Declaration Form (HDF) at http://hdf.baguio.gov.ph/.
- Secure an Inter-Region Clearance Certificate from the Baguio City Mayor’s Office.
- Submit the following documents:
- Employment ID or Certificate of Employment
- Return to Work Order
- Proof of transaction or work duties outside of Baguio (if any)
- Health Certificate (for outgoing Baguio residents working in La Union)
- Submit the following documents:
Procedure for Baguio Resident Workers Employed outside LISTT, La Union, Nueva Viscaya, and Pangasinan
For Baguio Residents who are employed in areas outside LISTT, La Union, Nueva Viscaya, and Pangasinan, please comply with the following guidelines:
- Secure a Clearance Certificate from the City Mayor’s Office when traveling outside the city.
- If you wish to return to Baguio City (i.e. during the weekends), please follow the guidelines for RBRs when going home.
Returning Workers Employed within the LISTT Area (La Trinidad, Itogon, Sablan, Tuba, and Tublay)
Residents from LISTT areas are considered Baguio residents for employment purposes.
Furthermore, for essential travels (food supply, etc.), the HQP and market schedule currently imposed will still apply.
Outgoing Non-Resident Workers
All outgoing non-resident workers who will leave Baguio City on a permanent basis must proceed to the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) and secure a Travel Authority.
