Temporary Ban of Delivery Courier Entry in Buguias Lifted



Buguias Mayor Ruben Tinda-an has issued Advisory No. 39 today, October 28, 2020 (Wednesday), lifting the temporary ban of the entry of Ninja Van Couriers within the Municipality of Buguias.

Last September 14, 2020, Buguias issued a public advisory temporarily banning the entry of the said delivery courier.

Furthermore, in the advisory, guidelines that must be followed by all courier personnel within the municipality were provided.

Guidelines for Delivery Personnel

These are the following guidelines provided in the advisory:

  • Only a maximum of five (5) personnel may operate cargo and delivery vehicles, with or without load.
  • Such personnel shall submit their names for identification purposes to the local municipality or to the municipality police.
  • Delivery personnel shall always carry with them their company I.D. or Employment Certificate Issued by their Courier Company.
  • Strictly observe social distancing and safety measures.
