Mankayan and Buguias Temporarily Bans Entry of Delivery Couriers
The Municipality of Mankayan and Buguias has released a public advisory today, September 14, 2020, temporarily banning the entry of delivery couriers.

Mankayan Public Advisory
“The public is notified that entry of goods into Mankayan by delivery couriers which includes Ninja Van Courier, among others, is temporarily banned to minimize exposure to COVID-19. It is a public knowledge that delivery personnel of courier services frequent different areas of Luzon which exposes them to possible transmission. Thus, this temporary ban.”
Buguias Public Advisory
“Please be informed that starting September 14, 2020, the entry of Ninja Van Couriers in the municipality of Buguias is temporarily banned. This is to ensure the safety of everyone against the threat of COVID-19 that may be carried by the products which are directly imported from China.”
