PMA Entrance Examination Rescheduled on August 26 to October 3, 2020



The Philippine Military Academy (PMA) has announced that the PMA Entrance Examination (PMAEE) which was originally scheduled on August 30, 2020 has been rescheduled on August 26 to October 3, 2020.

According to the announcement of PMA, the entrance examination was rescheduled in order to observe and comply with the safety and health protocol in different testing centers nationwide

PMAEE Requirements

Here are the requirements needed during the examination day:

    • Photocopy of PSA Birth certificate
    • Photocopy of Form 137/138
    • Two (2) pieces clear and colored 2×2 ID Pictures in white background
    • Two (2) pieces pencils (#2)
    • Medical Certificate/Clearance from your municipal/City Health Office
    • Health Declaration Form in your locality
    • Valid ID
    • Face mask
    • Personal alcohol/hand sanitizer

Guidelines for the PMAEE

Here are the following guidelines for the PMAEE included in the announcement of PMA:

  • Each testing center will be allocated with 4 days to administer the examination to qualified applicants. Please take note that the number of examinees shall not exceed 50% of the sitting capacity of the venue to be able to observe social and physical distancing.
  • Proctor teams of each testing center will reach out to their respective examinees to inform them on which date within the 4-day period will be the schedule for them to report to the exam venue.
  • Examination permits may now be downloaded from the online system. Permits for mail applicants will be emailed. Honor student-applicants will present their special permits to the proctors in any testing center nearest them.
  • Walk-in applicants may only be entertained on the last day of the examination period in a testing center, depending on the availability of testing materials and the available seats in the venue based on the 50% capacity rule.
  • National and Local  Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) Guidelines must be observed and complied with during the whole period of PMAEE. Please coordinate with your respective local government units on the possible restrictions on your movement to the examination venue, and on other important measures to be complied with.
