After Almost 2 Weeks of Being COVID-19-Free, Mt. Province Records New Case

After twelve (12) days of being COVID-19 free, Mt. Province has recorded a new positive case today.

According to the Department of Health-Cordillera Administrative Region (DOH-CAR), the new patient who tested positive is a 29-year old female. Whether she is experiencing any symptoms or is asymptomatic is still under verification. Further details regarding the case will be updated on this article once it is made available by local authorities.

COVID-19 Cases in Mt. Province

The new lone active case brings Mt. Province’s total to two (2), along with the patient who recovered last June 29, 2020. As of date, Mt. Province is still the province in CAR with the lowest total number of COVID-19 cases.
