Written Civil Service Examinations for 2020 Canceled
The Philippine Civil Service Commission (CSC) announced on Wednesday, June 17, 2020, that the conduct of all civil service examinations (CSE) via Pen-and-Paper Test (PPT) for CY 2020 is canceled.
Through CSC Exam Advisory No. 6, s. 2020, the Commission informs all interested applicants of CSE for this year and all examinees of the suspended March 15, 2020 CSE-PPT that the written exams were canceled in view of the continuing COVID-19 pandemic.
Canceled Civil Service Examinations
Here are the following written civil service examinations that have been CANCELED:
June 21, 2020
- Fire Officer Examination
- Penology Officer Examination
- Basic Competency on Local Treasury Examination
August 9, 2020
- Career Service Examination-PPT (Professional)
- Career Service Examination-PPT (SubProfessional)
October 11, 2020
- Intermediate Competency on Local Treasury Examination
- Pre-Employment Test
- Promotional Test
- Ethics-Oriented Personality Test
About the Suspended CSE-PPT
On the other hand, still based on the same advisory, the Suspended March 2020 CSE-PPT shall be reset in 2021.
According to CSC, a separate issuance on this matter shall be released in due time.
