The University of Cordilleras (UC), Saint Louis University (SLU), University of Baguio (UB), University of the Philippines Baguio (UPB), and Benguet State University (BSU) released advisories for the enrollment of incoming freshmen for AY 2020-2021.

University of Cordilleras

Enrollment for incoming college freshmen for SY 2020-2021 at the University of Cordilleras (UC) started yesterday, July 8, 2020.

Steps for Online Enrollment of Incoming Freshmen

Here’s the step-by-step process for UC’s Online Enrollment Procedure for incoming freshmen:

1. 1. Accomplish Admission Form at http://tiny.cc/uc-hei-admission or www.uc-bcf.edu.ph.
   2. Email the accomplished form to [email protected].
      • Upload/attach a scanned copy of Form 138 (Grade 12 Report Card) in the mail.
   3. Pay fees through any of the following:
      • Over-the-counter deposit
      • Electronic Fund Transfer
      • Bills Payment via Online Banking App
        • For RCBC and Metrobank Mobile App
   4. Email a copy of proof of payment along with the student’s name (Last Name, First Name Middle Name) to [email protected].
      • A confirmation email with your enrollment form (with official ID number) shall be sent to you within 2 business days.
      • Your UC Email Account that serves as your login details shall be emailed to you after enrollment confirmation.

General Reminders:

• Download and install UCordilleras app to check student’s schedules and other information.
• Other admission requirements shall be submitted within the First Trimester/Semester of the school year.

SLU Reopens Enrollment for SLU Incoming Freshmen of AY 2020-2021

Last Monday, July 6, 2020, the university reopened the online enrollment for SLU CEE Qualifiers of AY 2020-2021.

Late Applicants for Incoming SLU Freshmen of AY 2020-2021

On the other hand, SLU also announced that it will start accepting late applications for the admission of freshmen for AY 2020-2021 on July 17, 2020.

According to the university’s advisory, the late application will be open for those who:

• Were not able to take the SLU College Entrance Examination (SLU-CEE)
• Were able to apply and pay online for the supposed scheduled Special SLU-CEE on July 18 and August 8, 2020
• Were able to apply online but have not yet paid for the supposed scheduled Special SLU-CEE n July 18 and August 8, 2020

In addition, the advisory also stated that the start of classes for the first semester in UB for SY 2020-2021 will be on August 3, 2020.

University of the Philippines Baguio

The tentative date for the enrollment of incoming freshmen for the first semester of SY 2020-2021 at the University of the Philippines Baguio (UPB) is from August 3 to 7, 2020.

UPB reminds incoming freshmen to prepare the following Entrance Credentials for enrollment:

1. Original UPCAT (admission) notice
2. Original Grade 12 High School card with original signature of the head of the school and the school dry seal or stamp (if applicable)
3. Two (2) passport size pictures on white background with printed name at the back
4. Original and two legible photocopies of your birth certificate from PSA
5. Medical clearance from the UP Baguio Health Services Office (please wait for further instruction.
6. Two copies of the student directory (to be given during enrollment)

Benguet State University

Here’s an advisory for Benguet State University’s (BSU) first-semester enrollment for incoming new students.

The advisory reminds that only those who took the BSU Admission Test and are qualifiers including possible qualifiers who were accepted by the respective colleges/academic institutes, of SY 2020-2021 may proceed with the enrollment.

Incoming Freshmen at BSU-La Trinidad Campus

For incoming freshmen enrollees at the La Trinidad Campus, enrollment already started last July 6, 2020.

Incoming Freshmen at BSU-Buguias Campus

According to an advisory published by BSU-Buguias, the schedule of enrollment for incoming freshmen at the BSU-Buguias Campus will be from July 13 to 24, 2020.

Here are the requirements for incoming freshmen (original and photocopy):

• High School Card
• PSA Birth Certificate
• PSA Marriage Certificate-for married women
• 4 pcs. 2×2 ID picture with name tag and signature
• Notice of Admission to BSU-Buguias Campus
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• Medical Slip issued by the School Nurse

For incoming freshmen enrolling at the BSU-Bokod Campus, enrollment will also be on July 13 to 24, 2020.

Online Enrollment Procedure for Incoming Freshmen at Bokod Campus

1. Message BSU-Bokod through its official Facebook Page or at [email protected].
   • Example:
     • I, Juan Dela Cruz, Learner’s Reference Number: 12345678910, BTLEd 1, intend to enroll at BSU-Bokod
2. You will be asked to submit pictures of your requirements for verification, and pre-academic advising
   • A Pre-Registration Enrollment link will be sent to you (Google form).
3. Fill out Google form (Pre-Registration Form) and click submit.
   • Processing of pre-registration will be during enrollment schedules per year level
4. Receive E-copy of Enrollment Form (Student will receive e-copy of enrollment form)
   • Acknowledgment Receipt (Student will inform receipt of the e-copy of enrollment form)
