Province of Benguet Logs New Cases, Highest Single-Day Infection

The Province of Benguet has logged thirty-six (36) new cases today (Monday) October 19, 2020. Based on the report which is provided by the PIO Benguet earlier this evening, it is the highest single-day infection recorded in the province.

Among the new cases, thirty-four (34) are Benguet cases while two (2) are “outside Benguet cases” or the ones swabbed and admitted in Benguet but are residents of other provinces or cities.

Total Confirmed Cases in Benguet

These new cases bring the total number of confirmed cases in the Province of Benguet to five hundred and ninety-six (596) which is composed of two hundred and fifty-two (252) active cases, three hundred and thirty-six (336) recoveries, and eight (8) deaths.
