How to Register for Senior Citizen ID




The Office of the Senior Citizen Affairs (OSCA) is open only every Tuesday and Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM to cater to elderlies’ needs, which particularly include services such as the Renewal of Senior Citizen Booklet and Registration for Senior Citizen ID.

This has been announced by the Public Information Office of the City of Baguio, through an advisory published earlier this morning (Wednesday), August 26, 2020.

Qualification and Requirements for Senior Citizens ID Application

Qualifications

  1. Must be 60 years old and above
  2. Must be a Filipino/Dual Citizen and a resident of Baguio City

Requirements

  1. Application form
  2. Barangay Residence Certificate
  3. Proof of Age:
    • Birth Certificate
    • Passport
    • Or any valid ID indicating one’s birthdate
  4. Two (2) copies of 1×1 ID Pictures
  5. Proof of Citizenship (for naturalized Filipino Citizenship and holder of Dual Citizenship) from the Department of Foreign Affairs

The office of the Senior Citizen Affairs is located at Leonard Wood Rd, Baguio, beside Mabini Elementary School. For any inquiries, here is their telephone number 442-5183.
