Panagbenga 2019 Opening Parade At a Glance

As the weather gets lower, the first day of February commences the busiest and most colorful time of the year in Baguio City as Panagbenga 2019 kicks off here in the City of Pines.

The Panagbenga Festival, an annual month-long celebration with this year’s theme, “Blooming Forward”, started off with an epening day ceremony at Panagbenga Park led by the city Mayor Mauricio Domogan.
