Online Registration Procedure for LSIs and ROFs Going Back to La Trinidad
La Trinidad Mayor Romeo Salda has issued Executive Order No. 062, Series of 2020, an order that requires the online registration of Locally Stranded Individuals (LSIs) and Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROFs) prior to their entry to the Municipality of La Trinidad.
The said online registration is effective starting August 17, 2020.
Procedure for all LSI and ROFs
Here’s the step-by-step procedure to follow as provided by the Municipal Mayor for information and compliance:
1. Secure Medical Clearance from the City/Municipal Health Services Office to get Travel Authority from the police station of your point of origin.
2. Register online.
3. After your Registration, health workers will be dispatched to check on the suitability of Residence/House for Home Quarantine.
4. Wait for a call from the Local Government Unit (LGU) – La Trinidad.
5. Certificate of Acceptance will be sent through Email or Messenger.
6. Present received Certificate of Acceptance, either printed or through cellphone photo, at checkpoint upon entry to La Trinidad.
7. Proceed immediately to Triage Area at Wangal Sports Complex.
8. Mandatory 14-day Quarantine, either Home or Community, depending on the assessment of Triage Personnel.
9. No Pre-Registration and Confirmation, No Entry.
