On Monday, February 15, 2021, the Executive Order 21, Series of 2021, “an order setting amended entry protocols for travelers coming to the City of Baguio under restricted status during community quarantine”, has been issued by Mayor Benjamin Magalong, updating entry protocols to the city.

Among the details provided in the said EO was the exemption of La Trinidad-Itogon-Sablan-Tuba and Tublay (LISTT) residents from entry protocols.

However, just earlier today (Tuesday), February 16, 2021, the Public Information Office of the Province of Benguet revealed that during a meeting held today, Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong ordered that the Executive Order 21, Series of 2021 be recalled.

The PIO Benguet announced that the City of Baguio will maintain status quo on border restriction. “Restricted entry again in Baguio City,” the information office emphasized in a Facebook post.

According to the Public Information Office of the Province of Benguet, a new executive order will be issued.
