Malacañang Declares Nov. 23 a Special Non-Working Day in Benguet
Under Proclamation No. 1046, Malacañang has declared November 23, 2020 (Monday), a Special Non-Working Day in the Province of Benguet.
It was stated on the proclamation that Benguet will celebrate its 120th Founding Anniversary on November 23.
Furthermore, according to the proclamation, the Province of Benguet is given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures.
