Indigents Can Now Attend Driving School from LTO CAR
The Land Transportation Office Cordillera Administrative Region (LTO CAR) has announced today, July 21, 2020, that the LTO CAR Driving Education Center is now accepting students for the fifteen (15)-hour Theoretical Course.
The said course will serve as a requirement in acquiring a Student Permit. According to LTO CAR, this is for the poor youth who cannot afford to enroll in a driving school.
What to Bring
- PSA copy of Birth Certificate
- DSWD/Barangay Certificate that they belong to the indigent community or Pantawid Pamilya Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiaries
The LTO CAR has also noted in their announcement that no fees shall be collected.
Where to Go
You can visit the LTO CAR at 2nd basement of YMCA building, Post Office Loop, Session Road, Baguio City.

- Enrollment is already on-going
- Classes starts on July 22, 2020
