Lockdown Implemented for 5 Areas in Baguio City

With the new COVID-19 cases recorded in Baguio City, the Mayor has ordered the lockdown of 5 areas in the City of Pines. The lockdown is being implemented to facilitate complete and efficient contact tracing, as well as to protect and ensure the safety of the people who may have come in contact with the patients.

These are the areas placed under lockdown

  • Barangay Sto.Tomas Proper;
  • Barangay BGH Compound;
  • Barangay San Luis;
  • Sector 5, Barangay Dominican-Mirador; and
  • Woodsgate Subdivision Camp 7

During the lockdown, the HQP or the Home Quarantine Pass is suspended. Which means no resident can go in or out of their respective barangay. Residents in this area may access their basic needs through the rolling stores, satellite market, or they may coordinate with their respective Barangays.
