List of Utility Companies Extending Payment of Bills

Due to the implemented Enhanced Community Quarantine in the entire Luzon some establishments announced that they will extend the payment of bills.

Here are the following establishments:

Baguio Water District

Water bills for the month of March 2020 will have an extended payment period of 15 days from the due date.

Baguio Benguet Community Credit Cooperative (BBCCC)

BBCCC is providing a 60-day payment extension for all payments due from March 13, 2020 to May 15, 2020 without the imposition of fines and penalties.

BDO

Loan payments

BDO is providing a 60-day payment extension for qualified credit card, auto, home, SME, and Personal Loan customers with due dates up to April 15, 2020.

Money Transfers via Instapay

All SEND MONEY transfers made via Instapay will be FREE of transfer charge from March 18 – April 15, 2020.

Life Insurance Policies

BDO Life is extending the grace period from the usual 31 days to 91 days for ALL life insurance policies with due premium from February 1, 2020 to June 1, 2020.

BDO Insure

BDO Insure will provide a 60-day payment extension for all insurance premiums with due dates from March 18, 2020 to April 15, 2020.

BENECO

All member-consumers are advised that due dates of payment of electricity bills are also extended.

Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)

The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) is also extending the filing and payment of 2019 Annual Income Tax Return from April 15, 2020 to May 15, 2020 without imposition of penalties to taxpayers.

BPI

BPI is extending a 30-day grace period for qualified credit card, personal, home, auto, and SME loan clients.

Cignal

All Cignal Postpaid subscribers will be given a 30-day Payment Extension from their due date.

Eastwest Bank

Payment due dates for auto, personal, mortgage and EEL loans, and credit cards will be extended for 30 days.

Globe

All Globe Postpaid including business and enterprise customers nationwide are given 30-day bill payment extension from their due date.

Home Credit

No fees and penalties with Home Credit due to COVID-19. For any need of payment extension email Home Credit at [email protected] or call (02) 7753-5712.

Pag-IBIG Fund

Pag-IBIG Fund is offering a THREE-MONTH MORATORIUM for all loans for member-borrowers residing in NCR and Luzon. This will cover payments due on March 16, 2020 to June 15, 2020.

Eligible to apply for the moratorium are Pag-IBIG Fund Housing Loan, Multi-Purpose Loan, and Calamity Loan borrowers with payments due on March 16, 2020 until June 15, 2020. Presently, only those residing in Luzon and in the National Capital Region can avail of the offer.

Pag-IBIG Fund will start receiving applications once the community quarantine has been lifted. Members may submit their application at the nearest Pag-IBIG Fund branch until June 15, 2020

Philhealth

Philhealth extends the deadline of first quarter (Q1) payment of contributions on or before April 30, 2020, instead of March 31, 2020, without interest.

PLDT

A 30-day payment extension period is given for all Postpaid customers of PLDT Home, PLDT Enterprise, Smart & Sun Postpaid.

RCBC Bankard

Cardholders in good standing and with due dates from March 16 to April 15, 2020 can skip their due dates and make a payment 30 days after.

Security Bank

All customers with a Credit Card, Home Loan, Auto Loan, Business Mortgage Loan, or Business Express Loan whose payment status is current as of March 16,2020 and whose payment due date is between March 16 to April 14, 2020 will have their due date extended for 30 days.
