Curfew and Liquor Ban Hours in Baguio City Adjusted by Mayor Magalong
Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong, through the Executive Order No. 24, Series of 2021, “an order amending Section 1, Paragraphs (C) and (E), of Executive Order No. 10, Series of 2021”, adjusted the curfew and liquor ban hours in the city in preparation for gradually increasing the operational capacity of permitted industries.
The said EO was issued on Saturday, February 20, 2021 and it was set to take effect today (Monday), February 22, 2021.
Curfew and Liquor Ban Hours Adjusted
Here are the following adjustments based on Executive Order No. 10, Series of 2021:
Curfew Time from 12:00 AM to 4:00 AM
The Section 1, Paragraph C, of EO No. 10, Series of 2021 amended to:
“A general curfew for the hours of 12:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. shall be imposed on all persons in the city except those working in frontline services, and permitted industries and businesses which require operations beyond the curfew such as medical services, uniformed personnel on duty, security services, BPOs, and export oriented industries;”
Liquor Ban Hours from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM
“There shall be a temporary ban on the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages and liquor from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. the following morning. Where the consumption of alcoholic beverages is incidental to dining in duly inspected food and beverages retail establishments, the maximum quantity thereof that maybe served shall be as follow:”
