Booking an LTO Baguio Online Appointment? Here are the steps…


Land Transportation Office – Baguio City (LTO) has implemented a new online booking transaction to reduce long queues and as part of adjusting to the new normal protocols.

Note: According to the Facebook post of LTO Baguio Registration, online booking is still being tested for them to be able to accommodate both online applicants and walk-in applicants.


Applicants can book starting July 20, 2020. 

Steps of Online Booking

Here are the steps on how applicants can book LTO transactions:

Step 1

Log in to your Facebook account and search “LTO Baguio Registration” and open the page.

 

Step 2

Click the “Book Now” button.

Step 3

Read the “Welcome Message” which contains the requirements for different transactions.

Step 4

Click the “Book Here” under the Motor Vehicle Registration.

Step 5

Choose either of the two (2) “LTO Registration” buttons. LTO added the two buttons in order for them to accommodate more customers booking online.

Step 6

“Choose a date” for your transaction.

Note: LTO only set booking on a weekly basis which means applicants will not be able to book in advance for more than a week.

Step 7

Choose “Available Time”.

Applicants are advised to arrive on time. According to the post of LTO Baguio Registration, applicants will only be allowed to enter the compound every hour, and latecomers will not be entertained.

Step 8

“Fill out the form” correctly and click the “Book Appointment”.

Applicants will be redirected to this page confirming that their appointment has been booked. Also, applicants will receive a confirmation email which they will present to the security guard to grant them entry to the compound.
