Barangay Upper Quezon Hill Placed under Lockdown for Contact Tracing Purposes


Following the confirmation of a new COVID-19 case in Baguio City today, July 9, 2020, Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan has ordered to place Barangay Upper Quezon Hill under lockdown.

For the conduct contact tracing and to ensure the safety and security of those who may have been in contact with the latest COVID-19 case who is a resident of Brgy. Upper Quezon Hill, it has been placed under lockdown effective today until further notice through Memorandum No. 104, series of 2020.


What does this mean for the residents of the three barangays under lockdown?

  1. The use of Home Quarantine Pass/Mall & Market Schedule is hereby suspended.
  2. To access basic necessities, residents may proceed to their satellite market or available rolling stores or coordinate with their Barangay Officials.
  3. Exit and entry to the barangays are restricted to APORs and those with medical emergencies.
