Baguio ECQ Advisory: Schedule for LISTT Residents entering the city

In line with the schedule adopting window hours that Baguio City has released for its locals, the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) also released guidelines to be followed by residents of LISTT municipalities when accessing necessities and services in the city of pines.

Schedule for LISTT (La Trinidad, Itogon, Sablan, Tuba, and Tublay)

Here are the group schedules to be followed by LISTT residents.

La Trinidad

[UPDATED AS OF APRIL 14, 2020]

The following is the updated schedule given for residents of La Trinidad to buy food, medicines or attend to medical, banking and agricultural needs effective April 6, 2020.

Reminders:

  1. Always bring your pass when going out of your house.
    • Only one (1) person is allowed to go out.
  2. Persons who use private cars are only allowed to go out during their barangay’s respective schedules.
  3. Always wear a face mask and practice social distancing measures.
  4. Residents caught loitering will be arrested by La Trinidad Police, barangay tanods, and Deputized Army Reservists and CCAT.
  5. Establishments selling basic necessities may be open from 8 AM to 5 PM.
  6. Eateries and restaurants (within La Trinidad) are only allowed to cater to takeout orders.
  7. Sari-sari stores in barangays (within La Trinidad) may be allowed to operate from 9 AM to 1 PM only but must be closed on Sundays.
  8. The 24-hour curfew is still in effect. 
  9. This schedule is subject to change depending on its viability.

As of the BCPO general guidelines, QUARANTINE AND SPECIAL VEHICLE PASSES FOR TUBA RESIDENTS HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED IN RELATION TO ENTERING BAGUIO CITY.

AS OF NOW, ONLY THOSE WITH LEGITIMATE MEDICAL NEEDS AND REGISTERED STORE OWNERS BUYING STOCKS ARE ALLOWED BY LGU-TUBA TO ENTER THE CITY.

  •  Residents who are passing through on their way to the Municipal Hall for any legitimate business, or on their way home, need only show their IDs which indicates their residence.
    • There’s no need for any travel permit as long as they don’t stop at any place within Baguio City while passing through.

Quarantine and Special Vehicle Passes for Tublay residents have also been SUSPENDED.

  • Only authorized persons outside residence (APOR) and those with emergency cases are allowed to enter the city, in coordination with Tublay-LGU.

Residents coming from LISTT to Baguio City

Residents from LISTT who are planning to enter the city will have to secure the pass required and provided by their respective municipalities.

Residents from Baguio City who are going to LISTT municipalities

Residents of Baguio City who are going to LISTT municipalities only need to fill out a Health Declaration form.
