Governor Singson: Province of Ilocos Sur is Now COVID-Free

The Province of Ilocos Sur is now COVID-free! This good news was announced by Ryan Luis Singson, the Governor of the Province of Ilocos Sur, on the evening of Thursday, October 22, 2020.

“This pandemic has inflicted burden of various degrees to each and every one of us without exception. With everyone’s cooperation, I am proud to announce that after 103 days, Ilocos Sur, is once again free from COVID-19!”

– Ilocos Sur Governor Ryan Luis Singson, on an Announcement posted on his official Facebook page on October 22, 2020

“But since there is no sight to the end of this pandemic yet, I believe that so long as we employ the same weapons we took off with from the beginning, we will be able to heal as one: Vigilance in every level, Surveillance, Stringent Coordination, Unified Strategy,” the governor added.
