Province of Benguet Records New Cases and a Fatality
The Province of Benguet has recorded seven (7) new confirmed cases and one (1) fatality today (Monday), October 12, 2020. This update was provided by the PIO Benguet earlier this afternoon. Below are more details about the said cases and fatality.
One Fatality in Benguet
The 8th Coronavirus-related fatality case in the province
- She was a 75-year-old female from La Trinidad, Benguet
- She was admitted at the Benguet General Hospital (BeGH) on October 2, 2020
- The report says she had community-acquired pneumonia
- She is the 6th senior citizen coronavirus patient in the province who died of the disease

Total Confirmed Cases in Benguet
These new cases bring the total number of confirmed cases in the Province of Benguet to four hundred and sixty-three (463) which is composed of one hundred and fifty-eight (158) active cases, two hundred and ninety-seven (297) recoveries, and eight (8) fatalities.
