[UPDATED] PDAO-Baguio Temporarily Closed

In an update posted today by PIO-City of Baguio, the operation at the Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO) has resumed today.

“UPDATE!!

Please be informed that the Persons with Disability Affairs Office resumed its operation starting today, Jan. 12, 2021.

The PDAO is located at the second floor, City Mayor’s Office and is open to serve from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Requirements for both new and renewal of IDs:

Barangay certificate of residency, Medical documents or certificate related to the disability and 1 x 1 ID picture.
Please look for Mr. Samuel G. Aquino, Pacita P. Lachica and Mario Ganga, Jr.”

In a post today, January 12, 2021 (Tuesday), of the Public Information Office (PIO) of the City of Baguio, it was announced that the Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO) of the City Mayor’ Office will be temporarily closed for disinfection until further notice.

“ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE PERSONS WITH DISABILITY AFFAIRS OFFICE (PDAO)
The PDAO under the City Mayor’s Office is temporarily closed for disinfection until further notice. For emergency or any inquiries about PWD services, contact Mr. Samuel G. Aquino, PDAO Head at 09955390529.”
