Officials and Heads of Province of Kalinga to Assist Contact Tracing Team




The Contact Tracing Team of the Province of Kalinga is conducting contact tracing to identify those who had exposure with the confirmed COVID-19 patients.

This includes, particularly, those who attended the Free Believers in Christ Fellowship Convention which was held on July 25 to 29, 2020 wherein some of the attendees tested positive of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).

Provincials Officials, Heads to Assist the Contact Tracing Team

In relation to this, all provincial elected officials and department heads of the provincial government and heads of national line agencies in the Province of Kalinga have been instructed to assist the Contact Tracing Team by informing their personnel and staff about the contact tracing which is being conducted and to provide identification of potential contacts in their office.

This move has been issued by Provincial Governor Engr. Ferdinand Tubban through the Memorandum Order No. 95 signed on Monday, August 17, 2020.

Reminders to Provincials Officials, Heads

The above-mentioned individuals are also reminded of the following:

  • Keep the names and identities of those who had exposure to COVID-19 patients with confidentiality.
  • The identities of those who had exposure to COVID-19 patients shall not be divulged publicly without their prior consent.
