DOST-CAR on Work-From-Home Scheme after Staff Tested Positive for COVID-19
The Department of Science and Technology Cordillera Administrative Region (DOST-CAR) Regional Director, Dr. Nancy Bantog has announced today, through an advisory that the DOST-CAR will be employing a Work-From-Home scheme starting this Monday, July 27, 2020 until July 30, 2020.
Why DOST-CAR will Work-From-Home
This, unfortunately, is due to one of their staff testing positive of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).
According to DOST-CAR, they are already working with the LGU and DOH to make sure that protocols concerning such cases are strictly implemented.
DOST-CAR Regional Office and PSTC-Benguet
The DOST-CAR Regional Office and the PSTC-Benguet compound, on the other hand, will be closed for the following purposes:
- Disinfection
- Contact tracing
- Other protocols
