Cedula and Other Documents will No Longer be Processed at Baguio City Hall



Baguio’s Office of the City Treasurer has issued a notice regarding selected fees and documents that will be issued and paid in barangays only to avoid crowding at the City Hall One-Stop-Shop beginning January 2, 2021.

“To avoid crowding at the City Hall One-Stop-Shop which is a potential spreader of Covid-19, starting January 2, 2021, the following shall be paid/secured from your respective barangays only.”
-Stated on the Office of the City Treasurer Notice

Starting next year, the following shall be paid or secured in barangays only, and it will no longer be entertained at the City Hall.

  • Community Tax Certificate (CTC) or Cedula
  • Professional Tax Receipt
  • Police Clearance – for Local or Abroad (payment only)
  • Working Permit (payment only)
  • Residential Garbage Fee

Furthermore, as stated in the notice, the aforementioned will not be given to non-residents of the Barangay issuing the same.

Here are other important notes stated in the notice:

  • For business owners
    • Community Tax Certificate or Cedula shall be secured at City Hall as the same shall be paid together with the corresponding Business Permit.
  • It is respectfully requested for those who will be securing their Community Tax or Cedula from their respective barangays to responsibly declare their true receipts/income for the Year 2020 as the basis for payment.
