Storm Watch: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Typhoon “JULIAN” (MAYSAK) was estimated based on all available data at 740 km East of Casiguran, Aurora (17.1 °N, 129.0 °E) with maximum sustained winds of 120 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 150 km/h. It remains almost stationary. Southwest Monsoon affecting the western section of Luzon.
