Baguio City and CAR will remain under MGCQ status until August 15, 2020
In an address to the nation by President Rodrigo Duterte, the new updates on the latest quarantine status that will be applied in the Philippines from August 1 to 15, 2020.
The following places which will remain under General Community Quarantine:
- Metro Manila
- Bulacan
- Batangas
- Cavite
- Laguna
- Rizal
- Cebu
- Lapu-Lapu City
- Mandaue City
- Zamboanga City
Places under MGCQ status
The rest of the Philippines will be placed under Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ) status. This means that the City of Baguio and the Cordillera Administrative Region will remain under Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ) status until August 15, 2020.
