“Auring” Weakens into an LPA, TCWS #1 Lifted, Says PAGASA
Through its latest Severe Weather Bulletin issued at 2:00 PM today (Monday), February 22, 2021, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported that “Auring weakens into a Low Pressure Area (LPA) and is now moving towards the eastern coast of Albay.”
According to PAGASA, “Auring” weakened into an LPA at 11:00 AM today and there is an increasing likelihood of it dissipating while traversing Southern Luzon. Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) #1 has also already been lifted.
