Atok Municipal Hall and MHO Work Temporarily Suspended




Atok Mayor Raymundo Sarac has issued Executive Order No. 53, series of 2020 ordering the temporary suspension of work for municipal officials and employees effective today, August 11, 2020, until further notice.

The order was issued after the Municipal Health Office (MHO) has requested to conduct the disinfection of all municipal buildings, including municipal premises (Barangay Hall of Paoay, Municipal Public Market) at Sayangan, Paoay, Atok, Benguet as it’s one of the health protocols to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Orders

Here are the following orders stated under EO No. 53, S. of 2020:

  • Temporary suspension of work for municipal officials and employees and office transactions at the Municipal Hall, Sayangan, Paoay,  Atok, Benguet and Municipal Health Office, Camp 30, Caliking, Atok, Benguet effective today, August 11, 2020, until further notice.
  • Official travels of Municipal Officials and Employees are likewise suspended effective today until further notice.
  • Suspended Transactions 

Here are the following transactions that are suspended:

    • Issuance of medical clearance by the Municipal Health Office of Sayangan, Paoay, Atok, Benguet.
    • Issuance of Heath Declaration Form by the Municipal Health Office at Sayangan, Paoay, Atok, Benguet.
    • Issuance of Travel Pass by the Office of the Municipal Mayor.
  • Temporary closure of all business establishments from Mt. Olives Merchandise and Furniture down to the Midway premises until further notice.
  • Other Barangays in the municipality shall continue to issue health declaration forms for essential travels.
    • Note: All farmers in Atok shall strictly follow the MWF schedule of delivery of goods.
  • The constituents of Paoay may secure health declaration from the nearest barangay to their residences for essential travels only.
