Areas in Benguet and Baguio City to Experience Power Interruption from June 29-July 3, 2020

The Benguet Electric Cooperative, Inc., (BENECO) has released a scheduled Electric Service Interruption from June 29 – July, 2020 affecting several areas in Baguio City and Benguet.

Here are the following areas affected by the power interruption on June 29 – July 3, 2020, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

	Part of Cabinet Hill and Teacher’s Camp, Baguio City	Extension of primary lines / installation of tree wire
	Whole of Ballay, Tawangn, Lusod and parts of Pacso and Gusaran, Kabayan	Relocation of Pole with eroded base
June 30, 2020 9AM-5PM	Parts of Purok 8, Dontogan, Baguio City	Installation of intermediate poles due to on-going construction.
	Parts of Taloy Norte, Baguio City	Massive clearing.
	Parts Bomogao and Poblacion (near Municipal Hall), Tuba	Installation of Buyback transformer
	Parts of Dapiting, Alapang and Bahong, La Trinidad	Correction of learning primary / secondary pole & relocation of pole.
July 1, 2020 9AM-5PM	Parts of Upper and Lower Borookside, Baguio City	Replacement of Wood Crossam and Restructuring.
	Mabini Street, Baguio City	Extension of primary lines and installation of 3-100kvA buyback transformers
	King’s College, Pico, La Trinidad	Relocation of poles.
July 2, 2020 9AM-5PM	Parts of Hillside, Baguio City	Installation of Secondary pole.
	Mankayan: Bulalacao, Poblacion MN, Sapid, Paco, Tabio, Bedbed, Colalo, Cabiten, Bato, Palatong, Central Mankayan, Aurora, Palpaltogan, Cervantes Road, Patpat, Paaban, Pukitan, Bat-Bato, Baguyos, Madoto	Rerouting of lines at Sapid, Mankayan.
July 3, 2020 9AM-5PM	Bakun: Ca-ang, Barbarit and Bilig, and Bagu	Conversion of 13.2kV Insulators to 23kV Insulators.

In BENECO’s advisory, all concerned Cable & Communication Companies are advised to inspect and institute necessary safety measures or actions on their cables or lines attached on the affected BENECO poles.

Also, all consumers are advised to always consider all lines energized because power maybe restored earlier than the scheduled time.
