4 Lockdown Orders Lifted; 1 Area in Bakakeng Central on Lockdown Today
Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong has issued new memorandums today, October 2, 2020, ordering new lockdown orders and lifting of lockdown on some areas in the City of Baguio. The memorandums are posted by the Public Information Office (PIO) of the City of Baguio.
Lifted Lockdown Orders
The lockdown orders over these areas in Baguio City are lifted immediately. This is according to the Memorandum No. 383, Series of 2020.
- Km.3 Marcos Highway, and Purok 5, Barangay Bakakeng Central
- Purok 4, Barangay East Bayan Park
- Purok 1 and Gabol Road 1, Balenben, Purok 9A, Barangay Irisan
- Pogi Street, Balacbac Central, Barangay Sto. Tomas Proper
All other areas under granular lockdown shall be maintained until contact tracing is completed according to the memorandum.
Furthermore, Barangay Officials and BHERT’s must strictly monitor individuals who have been recommended to observe 14-day quarantine.
New Lockdown Order
Under the Memorandum No. 384 series of 2020, Mayor Magalong has ordered a provisional lockdown over this area. This is effective immediately and until further notice:
- Yang Subdivision, Barangay Bakakeng Central
